All items are sent with Royal Mail tracked. You have the opportunity to choose your delivery method when checking out. Please note that items can take up to 10 days to arrive due to the current pandemic.

Payment can be made using only the methods above, and payment for your full order offer will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method.

All payments are secure, and are handled by Stripe and ClearPay respectively.

At Salti we hope each one of our orders is perfect we understand that some items will need to be returned or exchanged therefore we offer a full exchange and refund policy if returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The Clothing or accessories need to be returned in the same condition of how it is received in its original packaging with tags and labels still attached. If your item is not received within the time frame and is not in a condition what allows us to restock and sell straight away the refund or exchange may be declined.

If a return or exchange is declined the customer will be responsible for return postage costs, we also do not cover postage fees for returns.

All items must not have been worn/used and when trying on please do so without makeup, perfume or false tan. Any items sent back to us with any marks or distinct smell will not be eligible for a refund.

Please ensure that the postal service you use ensures that the product will be received by ourselves within the 14 days and is tracked as Salti will not be responsible for any items until they have reached our office.

Sale Items: Any items purchased in sale or purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged please take this into account when ordering sale items.

Please note refunds can take up to 28 days to appear in your account.
